The main international airport serving the city is the Montréal–Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL), also known as Montréal–Trudeau Airport. It is located 12 miles from Downtown Montreal. An average taxi ride from the airport to the city center should cost about 240 HKD. There are various airlines that fly from Hong Kong to Montreal, including Air Canada, ANA, British Airways, Delta, KLM, Qatar Airways and United.
Hong Kong citizens can enter and remain in Canada without a visa for 6 months, given that their passports have a minimum validity of 6 months. It should be noted that from March 2016, an eTA (Electronic Travel Authorisation) would need to be obtained prior to entering the country.
