Like many airlines, Thai Airways has embraced online booking and has an online platform where passengers can book their flights. They have also partnered with travelling agents who sell tickets for them. In these online platforms, the passenger is required to fill in details of their departure city or airport, date of departure, category according to age (adult, child or infant) and the class that one is booking in that airline for example economy class. This allows for easy booking without necessarily going to the airports.

One can also easily check in from the online portal and even print a copy of the boarding pass in order to facilitate ease of boarding.

The airline boasts of the most efficient boarding processes where individuals are allowed to board in respect to seat numbers. Boarding begins from the back of the aircraft, and this is efficient meaning that one experiences little interruption during boarding. Boarding gates close 30 minutes to departure time.

The crew are very welcoming following the recent reviews about the airline. There are different cuisines being offered for the passengers. One is at liberty to choose what he or she wants, provided it is on the menu. Those who have allergies are however advised to make prior orders in order to facilitate apt preparation of their meals.

Apart from food, sometimes, people can even have moments to shop aboard the Thai Airline flights. One can buy gifts and local Thai Art and jewellery that are of immense value. Passengers can also have both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks during their flight although issues of self-control are really emphasised.

From local Thai movies to Hollywood movies, the travellers are given various options depending on the needs of every person. Sometimes one may only need to play games on the screens provided and maybe sometimes one may desire to listen to music. It is totally up to the individual to decide what to do during the flights. Some of the movies are even in the local languages although they have English subtitles to help guide non-Thai speakers.

Magazines are also provided for passengers who may wish to read and keep themselves informed on current issues.

All refunds are expected to be followed up only if the ticket had been bought from the airline and not an agent.
