The route to the Hong Kong Airport is an easy one as the airport is connected by various means of transport including trains as well as the available taxis around the area, so access is not an issue to the passengers. The airport has restaurants and gift shops that provide a good shopping experience for the passengers there is also a small museum at the end of terminal 1 where the passengers can learn a little about the local culture. There are waiting bays that are fitted with very comfortable chairs where the passengers can rest as they plan to leave the airport for their various destinations. Additionally, the airport has lounges that are accessible at affordable charges for all the passengers. There are various entertainment spots around the airport where passengers can have good times before leaving the airport.
The airport has showers and prayer rooms for the passengers who land here. Considering the high number of international flights that use this airport, there are various cuisines on offer at the restaurants around the airport. There are gift shops at the end of arrivals Terminal ,ATMs and exchange bureaus where the passengers can access local currency at good rates outside the terminal, there are shuttles and taxi rinks from where the passenger can access the means of transport into the city centre and any other destination as one may deem fit.
The airport also has parking facilities for those who may need to leave their cars at the airport, in fact, the airport has parking spaces for over 2000 cars as well as 42 aircraft.
Hotels and meals
Tianjin Hotel, Hotel Dalian, Dalian Resort are some of the favourite hotels that are found in the city and they have also received great reviews and would be most appropriate to visit while in the city. The costs of a meal are lower in Dalian than in Hong Kong as a decent meal costs 40 HK$ in Dalian and about 50 HK$ in Hong Kong.
