Please note that underage guests must present documentation proving their paternity or, if travelling without family members, a signed parental permission. As of 1 January 2023, the 19% VAT on tourism services will be applied again. However, non-residents in Colombia can benefit from the VAT exemption as long as they comply with the provisions of Decree 297 of 2016. To do so, they must show their physical passport with a valid entry and stay stamp (PT) or a valid temporary visa with a tourist visa stamp (V). Otherwise, the exemption cannot be applied. Important: Advance payments must always be made before VAT is applied. Non-exempt persons will be required to pay the VAT at the time of check-in. Please note that this property does NOT allow pets on the premises.
