Please inform Carlton City Hotel Singapore of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of SGD 100 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Strictly no smoking and consumption of durian or any durian-flavored items are allowed in the guest rooms. A cleaning fee of SGD 500.00 will be imposed if the policy wasn't followed. Access to the gym is restricted to adults aged 18 and over. Children aged 3 - 5 years can stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
