Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The outdoor, heated swimming pool is open from April to the end of All Saints Day Holidays. The other swimming pool is unheated and open from April to mid-September. The price includes: beds made upon arrival, limited WiFi access ( up to 5 devices to navigate the web, read emails and search), Charge and tax (except tourism tax and application fee), Pool area + playing field/sport (except tennis and archery), Basic activities : fitness, contest, parties. Please note that access to the tennis court and archery is at an additional cost. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
