Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Premier Apartments will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon confirmation of booking, PREMIER SUITES will forward their Standard Terms and Conditions and Important Property Information relating to your stay. Should you not receive this information within 24 hours of booking, please contact the apartments directly using the details supplied on your booking confirmation. Reservations for 3 or more rooms will be considered a group booking (please note; we do not accept stag or hen bookings). Bookings made on the day require full payment at the time of booking. Please note if the booking is for the same day arrival the security deposit can only be paid by card along with photo ID in the same name as the cardholder. A valid form of photo ID in the form of a driving license or passport will also be required at check-in. Under no circumstances is an apartment to be sublet by the occupier. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted. Our office is located off-site in Redcliffe, Bristol. Opening hour are Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00, Saturday 10:00-19:00, Sundays and Bank Holidays 11:00-17:00 A deposit of £250 is required prior to check in. This deposit is standard practice and is intended to cover any potential damage to the room or disruptions to other guests caused by excessive noise or antisocial behaviour (including smoking in your apartment) during your stay. The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out, provided that the room is left in good condition, there is no evidence (including the smell) of smoking and no noise or antisocial behaviour complaints have been received either in writing, via telephone or verbally by other guests for the duration of your booking. The property charges will send a payment link to collect the deposit approximately 3 days prior to arrival. This will be collected by credit card.
