Very poor management and zero professionalism.
I had a confirmed Booking.com reservation for two nights. Upon arrival, the hotel informed me they had canceled it, even though it was still active on the platform and I never received any notice.
At that very moment, I got a message from the hotel through Booking.com justifying the cancellation, timestamped exactly while I was at the reception.
Result: I was left without a room despite having a confirmed reservation. Very poor management and zero professionalism.
