Great hotel - very spacious, and superb location. Staff are very polite and friendly and the hotel has everything you need. They have a beautiful outdoor area, great for relaxing. I would definitely recommend

I stayed at the Ibis Tlemcen six years ago, and it was nice. I stayed last week for 4 nights. I found that the hotel staff are still incredibly helpful and truly do their best. Unfortunately, the hotel facilities has deteriorated significantly since my last visit. The decor and towels were very old, the in-room safebox did not work, and there were no tea kettles provided. These shortcomings negatively impacted my overall stay. The only saving grace was the wonderful hospitality of the staff. Thanks to staff...

Bsr stay at the ibis telemcen... perfect location well in the center in a neighborhood close to the shops and restaurants ... staff friendly listening professionals room small style ibis ... decent breakfast dine à la carte good ...I advise quality interesting price

Disappointing...
The quality of this hotel has deteriorated very much.I have never stayed in this establishment several times and this is not what I used to know. Smell gradient room in bathroom obsolete.little or no staff present.

The staff were lovely, very accommodating, helpful and polite. They were professional at all times and really the only positive thing about the hotel stay, saving the score by 3 stars. The hotel itself was in very poor condition. The windows were broken, the door frames were broken, the decor was old and tired, the carpets and curtains were frayed - clearly the hotel has not been maintained since it's opening around 2011 and it really does show!
