Perfect stay

Perfect hotel for long trip overnight. Very warm atmosphere, nice and hospitable. Good breakfast an nice dinner. Local BBq was the best.
Rooms are clean, comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly.
Perfect place to stay near lake Sevan. Recommended for friends and families.

I recommend

Excellent hotel. We took a room with breakfast and lunch. The food was delicious - something new every day.
Very welcoming hosts.
Upon arrival, the owner loaded us into his car, took us to the store, showed us where the beach was, where the shops were, where to go, etc.
A little far from the beach, but a taxi (if you cross the road) costs 300 drams, which is essentially pennies

A great place to stay when visiting lake Sevan

On our way toTatev we stayed two nights at Armenia Van Sevan. The director welcomed us warmly and offered a choice of rooms. We took one with a double bed with view on the mountains and lake. Breakfast was included and we asked an Armenian one that was delicious. We were even asked if we wanted something more.
Wi-Fi is accessible everywhere within the hotel. We also had a boiler and a fridge inside the room. On the day of departure at 7 AM we told them we wouldn't take breakfast but they proposed to bring one in the room on evening to have for the next morning.
We accepted and will keep their welcoming us as one of our best memories in Armenia.

Отзывчивый и добрый персонал. Приготовили очень вкусно севанский сиг на углях, угостили вином. На следующий день отвезли бесплатно на вокзал. В номере комфортно и тепло. Прекрасный отель. Рядом озеро, красиво и удобно добираться до горнолыжного курорта.

Meglio evitare!

Hotel nuovo, ma poco pulito. I lenzuoli e le coperte erano più piccoli del materasso. In compenso i cuscini erano quadrati e enormi, scomodissimi. Materasso scomodo, che si sentivano le molle. C'era una carta di preservativo tra il materasso e il bordo del letto. La carta igienica in bagno era in posizione scomoda e poco igienica. La doccia ammuffita con tubi a vista che perdevano. La posizione sulla mappa e' sbagliata, sia su Booking che su Google Maps, abbiamo faricato a trovarla. Colazione misera, non c'era neanche il caffè, solo tè. A cena ci hanno messo in una stanza piccolissima, abbiamo preso carne, che però non era granchè, non c'era molta scelta... Prezzo caro. Il personale non parla inglese.
