Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Valid ID and credit card are to be presented upon check in. The credit card used for payment is to be presented by cardholder. Mantainance Notice: The Pavilion Mooloolaba, an independent restaurant next to Mantra Mooloolaba Beach, is undergoing renovations to enhance its services. Work occurs Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with some noise expected, finishing by December 2025. Hotel facilities remain unaffected. We appreciate your understanding.
