Great location

This hotel is not as bad as some people make out. Yes, there are some maintenance issues, like mould in the bathroom and water flooding the bathroom floor while taking a shower. The room was clean but slightly overpriced bearing in mind it offers the minimum basic, lacks shower gel, only one towel per person, no hard towel or bath mat and no tea and coffee facilities. This things should be provided.
Otherwise our stay was enjoyable.

Not completely happy

Dated hotel, bathroom with lots of mold, TV not working and small room.
On the other hand great location

Worst check in ever

Check in is the most horrible experience I've ever had! They advise me never to close my room because I didn't get a key! They never tried to bring a new key, they said this was not their fault as the previous guest had brought the keycard! They avoid all responsibility.

Unsatisfied

Completely overpriced for the low quality. The room was not clean. Yellow splashes on the bathroom tiles, the shower drain was clogged, smelly toilet block, the bed sheet was far too small (which revealed the dirty mattress), dirty drink rims on the bedside table and desk, dirty carpet.
Everything in this room was of low quality and at over 100 euros per night you expect at least cleanliness.
No reception, no luggage storage,... No breakfast.

We were not accommodated in the room we paid for!

Disgusting!!! The hotel offers 24-hour check-in (we specifically chose this). Our plane was late. We arrived at the hotel at 00.30 and there was no one here! We can’t check in, it’s night outside, the city is unfamiliar to us, we paid for the room, but we have nowhere to sleep! Nobody answers any phones! The self check-in machine doesn't work either! This is the first time we have found ourselves in such a situation! We've been standing outside the hotel for an hour and don't know how to contact them!
