Good budget hotel
Relatively good hotel where the product and price seems attractive.
The manager of the hotel was very helpful and did their best to comfort our needs. It can’t be compared to 5 star hotel, however in the light of the relatively good price found in the last moment in a state of emergency the product offered exceeded our expectations.
Great choice for accommodation near to the airport.

I don't recommend it.
Hotel not clean no cork for the bathtub while I paid more to have one. Broken bathroom light so we wash in the dark. Not at all 1km from the airport rather 10km in a warm area of Sofia. Very damaged room

Unsatisfactory experience
We only stayed for a matter of hours, with the hope of getting a couple hours of sleep in between flights, however it was a very unsatisfactory experience. Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by an incredibly grumpy man who left a lot to be desired in the customer service department. When trying to pay he then stated that it could only be paid with cash, even though this was not explained prior to our arrival and we did not have enough cash on hand to pay for the room. He brought in one of his colleagues who was a lot more helpful but was also insistent that we would have to pay with cash, arguing that they were having a temporary issue with their cash machine.We agreed that one of the staff would drive us to an ATM in order to pay. The room as a whole was okay but was quite worn and the shower wasn’t great. The whole process was far more difficult than it was worth for a few hours of sleep during our layover and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who was looking to do the same.

Fine place
Nice and clean little hotel on not bad location. 10min away from the airport with friendly staff. Only complaint I have is the WiFi. Absolutely no signal in my room. Had to go in the corridor to catch some. Came back from the airport at 5 am and the front door was locked and nobody was there to opened.
