Door key cards needed constant re do. Out entrance use with cards rarely worked. Handicap room was not handicap in bathroom tub v walkin shower. Staff were friendly enough but were not able resolve issues timely. Eventually changed rooms.

Room was not very clean, mould in the bathroom floor and behind the door. Toilet seat was loose, and sink tap was loose to the point of almost falling out. Room and hallways were sprayed with a scented spray and were over powering. Would definitely not stay here again and would not recommend it at all. For $200 a night I expect much better.

Bad customer service
I booked and paid for this stay through Expedia, and was then charged for it again by Comfort Inn Cornwall. Repeated attempts to get a refund have gone unanswered. No sense of customer service and they obviously don't need return customers. Would not stay here again.

The pool was fantastic. Heated to perfection. The room was a great size but the cleaning staff wasn't very thorough. There was handprints all over the headboard, something slopped beside the fridge and on the bed skirt, and the most concerning, a plastic bag over the smoke detector.
Breakfast was solid though, has ready to make waffles, which are a huge hit with us.

Beds didn’t have fresh linens especially the pillowcases, had to request replacement. Doesn’t collect trash everyday.
