Pros:
Great Location: 5-minute walk to the lake, and 20 minutes to Kunming Old Street, 30 mins taxi to airport. But you need to take luggage to walk 1 min from the small alley
Amenities: Hot water with strong water pressure—great for a refreshing shower. Bed come with heater.
Cons:
Smoke Smell in Room: Room had a noticeable smell of smoke, which was unpleasant.
Amenities: no smart toilet bowl, no air cond/ heater
Price: Could be a better value if the room rate was lower and the smoke smell issue was addressed.

This hotel has an excellent location which is just to the south of Cuihu Park. It is within walking distance to quite a few tourist sites. There is also a supermarket nearby, plus numerous number of restaurants. The staff were in general friendly. The buildings were old, and the room was old-fashioned. The soundproofing was poor. The breakfast was quite basic, and doesn't seem to change for the duration of our stay.

不推介这家酒店
优点：步行三五分钟可以到翠湖（其实周边临翠湖的酒店很多）
缺点：1、管理很不人性化，都21世纪了，还强制要求旅客必须十二点退房，本来在呈贡这边，急急忙忙的赶回酒店，完全不考虑旅客感受；
2.房间很小，设施设备严重老化，隔音不好；
3、电热水壶都不知道之前的住客用来做了什么，自己洗了两次，里边的黑色物体越洗越多，根本不敢用；
4、早餐也是经典，都三百多的价格，早上连个自助餐都没有，就一盘他们给规定好的东西端上来，爱吃不吃就是这些东西。
总之，不会再去住这个酒店了。不推荐

真的很满意，服务员很热情，出门就是翠湖，孩子很开心，订的家庭套房很适合一家四口入驻，孩子们很开心，我计划下次带老人来再入驻这里。宾馆周边每走几步就可以到一个景点，特别是云南陆军将武学校，特别值得一游，还有前面的云南大学，真棒。附近吃饭的也很多，这个宾馆的地理位置带给我们很多惊喜。

酒店距离翠湖公园很近，周边交通方便，饭店也比较多。房间干净，窗户纱窗拉动有些费力，卫生间入口距地面较高，应该贴上提示标志。入住时需交100元押金。早餐很好，服务人员也很友好。酒店整体不错。
