Beautiful apartment
Mira is excellent staff, she explained us how to reach the apartment and give us informations about town and places to visit.
Apartment was very clean and charming in the old center of town.
Definitly recomend.

No more maraini appartments
Booked an apartment in Lugano. Nice and big. A few days before we are warned that the apartment is sold!!!! They protected us with a smaller apartment, less beautiful and in a less interesting area. We turned to booking through which we had booked and fortunately they came to meet us with great professionalism. So I absolutely advise against maraini appartments!!!!!

First acceptede change, then cancelled
We had a booking here, where we - because of Covid-19 - had to move the dates. We got the new dates approved, but when we wrote back 'thank you', suddently the appartment was booked to somebody else on the new dates and our payment just lost.
So they promise something but don't live up to it and take your money. Cannot recommend!

Nice place
Mira met us from the taxi .mira was so helpful in giving us directions . The property is in a central position but lovely and quiet . Absolutely excellent and a lovely little courtyard to sit out in . Thank you Mira it was wonderful we shall be coming again .

Apartman Mariani
Unforgetable experience! The apartment is located in the old part of town, which is gorgeous and very quiet. Entertainment and downtown is just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Everything was perfect, impeccably clean and comfortable, with a beautiful and friendly host. We definitely come back here again and warmly recommend it !!!
