Peace with super service to.
Again we were at the spa+dinner+accommodation+breakfast at our young hotel - Comwell Kellers Park in Vejle. Only 2.5 hours from Copenhagen.
Great service and help to make your stay so perfect.

Lovely experience, though!
Lovely experience, very welcoming staff and lovely breakfast, but the beds were not good in our room 428 and 430, they felt *****

When everything just plays!
We had booked a stay with a spa, 3 dishes, bubbles, accommodation and breakfast in connection with birthday and wedding day.
This I had told the hotel at the time of booking and they had accepted it. The room was decorated so nicely with flags, chocolates, some snacks and a personal card. We took a trip to the spa to relax a little and here there is nothing to put a finger on - the only thing is however you really have to go carefully because the floor is very smooth in several places.
In the evening we had a table at 20:00, already when we arrive we can see that there is a busy, yet we get quickly through the “country” and only have to wait a few extra minutes when we then ask if we can sit outside.
You feel little that the waiter really does their best to reach everything as quickly as they can, without letting it go over the customers. We quickly signal that we are not in a hurry and have nothing to accomplish. And we've got an outstanding service from Kim, he really gave us the feeling that his job that night ruled out was to give us a fantastic evening and things like changing white and rosé wine into red wine for my husband in their wine menu was not a problem (and the red wine fits perfectly great to the food) and a special wish for the dessert wine (which was of great importance to me) Kim could also spell out
So thank you and don't think we'll come back when Kellers Park has their gourmet evenings

⭐☆☆☆☆ – The “Happy” bar was cozy... but the burger seemed like the coldest experience of the day
We were looking forward to a cozy evening at Kellers Park’s “Higgelige” bar. The atmosphere was nice, but unfortunately the same could not be said about the temperature of the food.
We ordered their Kellers Park Burger. The first serving consisted of a burger that had more in common with the refrigerator than the grill, cold pomegranates and the lack of accessories. We thought everyone could hit a bad serving, so we sent it back.
Second attempt? The burger and the pomfrites were still cold. After two attempts we chose to give up – two cold burgers in one evening was enough.
Instead we set course to Børkop and picked up a pizza. It was smoking hot – even when we were back at the hotel. That says a lot anyway when a pizza can handle a drive and still be warmer than a burger that comes directly from the hotel’s own kitchen.
The spa and the surroundings were lovely, although the cleaning in some places could have been a little better. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but if you want a burger in the “Higgelige” bar, maybe bring a shirt. It may need some extra heat. Fortunately, the pizza from Børkop saved the evening.

Good experience
We had a really good stay at Comwell Kellers Park & Spa. The service was top from start to finish and the staff was friendly, welcoming and very professional. You really felt welcome.
Great praise to the staff for being solution-oriented.
The spa and wellness area had a calm and relaxing atmosphere, which made it easy to relax completely. The whole experience lived up to our expectations and we enjoy every moment.
Overall, we highly recommend Comwell Kellers Park & Spa. It is definitely a place we would like to return to.
