Quiet hotel
Passing for one night, quiet hotel, clean but old room.
Breakfast buffet style. Everything is industrial.No regional products.
We had our dog and the price per night of the latter is 16.50 euros.
He often accompanies us and the highest price was 10 euros.....

Bad experience.
Hello, I wanted to eat this lunch at the Bellevue Hotel restaurant. Unfortunately the menu of the day which seemed friendly, it is served only for the people of the hotel. In cure for 3 weeks in Châtel-Guyon, I received a privileged notebook that clearly indicated the possibility of having a menu of the day. At the entrance of the hotel I also did not see that the daily menu was served only to the resident?? This is the first time in my life that I come out of a restaurant without having eaten!!
I also specify that the restaurant looks great and only 5 or 6 people were present, so there was plenty of room for me alone!! Really bad!!

Delayed and outdated
Like the city, which has lost its superb, this hotel is incredible. No reception on arrival, an access code received by text, the key on the counter, nobody... the room is clean, correct for the price, even if the bathroom is in its juice. We didn’t test the restaurant in the evening, but breakfast is simple, okay too. Boss is helpful just right. Important note if you have difficulty walking you have to find another accommodation, access is still complicated (despite an outside elevator) you have to climb a few steps before accessing the reception with your luggage. Parking on the street.

Really bad.
We had been invited for an event being in the restaurant I can say that level welcome ZERO especially the chef of room not kind on arrival we felt a coldness until the end and an incomprehensible table service 3 waiters for 30 people for not having had the dishes on the same tables, they served the other tables we did not understand anything my manager would see this we would have been entitled to a good rise... however the meal was very good ufff but the organization of the restaurant was not perfect are it done for groups? No I don't think and elsewhere to have and ask for a carafe of water and ask again several times we are still waiting for it...disappointed I do not recommend I don't think they will consider the messages and seen the previous messages effectively...

A EVITER
We had booked before our arrival at the restaurant, we waited at least an hour before a waiter came to see us. Then four waiters came to take the order, no communication between them, whereas we had booked a week before and indicated the composition of the menu.
The dishes arrived cold and not what was ordered 4 times, we asked for a carafe of water at least 6 times. There was tension between the waiters and the Innkeeper. The ordered bottle of wine was placed on the table like a vulgar bottle of water, I was waiting for it to be in a seal with ice cubes, when ordering this bottle we asked the review of the waiter who replies that he did not know the wines.
Tourist trap, I won't go back.
