Weekend in Nice with friends
Were with friends and rented us into the studio apartments. It's not big, but it was exactly what we needed. The hotel has a central location at an affordable price, in a rather quiet area.
Easy check-in and check-out. We did not use any of the hotel's facilities.

Very pleasant in all respects
I always stay at this Pension Airbnb way when I come to Nice ,
I recently rented a studio, charming , well decorated, with a very large TV and kitchenette with everything you need to cook ...
The location was very convenient 5 minutes from the sea (from the Promenade des Anglais) and at Check-out from the pedestrian street that crosses the lively neighborhood of Nice , you can also easily go to Cours Saleya (nice place for those who know ) by following the seaside by the Promenade des Anglais ..
The studio was very clean and the street with the bike lanes very quiet ..
I keep going back after other experiences in other places where I was always less satisfied ..
I also recommend a short trip to Italy 40 minutes by car if you have one ... I take the opportunity to share a discovery , a good restaurant , "Le Bistrot du Port ,
...

Excellent apartment in excellent location
Stayed one night. Super clean apartment in beautiful area of Nice. Lots of lovely old building around and the beach is very close. Lots of shops and restaurants, too. Apartment is very modern but in a converted old building and has all the basics you need. Small room second bedroom with bunk beds for kids is very useful. Bathroom with shampoo and hairdryer etc. Kitchen equipped with the basics. The only thing negative, would be that the apartment is not very noise proof as it's in an old building. We heard noise from neighbours and people on the corridor, but not very frequently. It's mostly quiet. Would definitely recommend and stay again. We loved Nice and this is a perfect location.

Amazing
We had a lovely stay in the hotel, the loft was small, but very pretty, sofisticated, clean and had everything we needed to have a good stay. The location was very good, only a few blocks from the beach. The staff also very helpfull and nice. I totally recomend this hotel
