SPONTANEOUS HOLIDAY
Hello everyone , my wife and I were once spontaneous on Kurz Tripp in Bad Wildungen in the Hotel Sofia . We were very positively surprised , already looking at the house . It is very clean. Breakfast has surpassed everything .You can't do more than food . The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always have an open ear , are there for you when you need someone .
Definitely we will go back to where it did us good.

Unbelievable: complaint ignored and money simply debited.
Bed linen dirty with hair, fluff, dirt. Since we arrived after 7pm, the key was in a box and at 11:15pm no one was willing to come to the hotel and take care of the matter.
The hotel then simply collected the payment via Booking.com, even though payment on site was part of the contract. The manager checked the surveillance video and gave me a report on when I was where, unbelievable! I was treated like a criminal. Never again!

Short breaks with toddler and dog
The hotel is very centrally located in Bad Wildungen. The spa gardens, the shopping street and the avenue with the many restaurants and bars are all within walking distance.
It is a family-run hotel. Very nice family. We were given a warm welcome. Our dog was also very welcome.
Unfortunately, the standard and cleanliness can still be improved.
I have now got used to the fact that you don't get the best room with a dog. But it has to be clean.
Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not completely there.
