SUPER
A mega beautiful hotel that truly leaves no wishes unfulfilled. The rooms are not only individually and tastefully decorated, but also super clean. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the owner is very likable as well. Oh yes, the breakfast buffet is amazing. I have rarely seen such a lovingly arranged, varied buffet. Anyone who has the chance should definitely choose this hotel when traveling to Bamberg. I will definitely come back :)

Just great!
Really great, lovingly decorated and run hotel with lots of details. There was nothing, NOTHING to complain about. Whether questions, breakfast, wifi, cleanliness etc. That's great. The rooms make me shine. Here I want to go again!

Smart owner-run hotel in a central location
Individually and unconventionally furnished, owner-run small hotel in a central location. Very accommodating and friendly owner.
Since we arrived by car and naively stopped in the residents parking area directly in front of the hotel to bring the suitcases to the hotel (about 6 minutes), we immediately traded a tuber in this time span!!! Welcome to the World Heritage Site.

We can highly recommend the Hotel Wohnbar.
The Hotel Wohnbar is very well located in the island town, the old town and the train station are within easy walking distance. The room (Bordeaux) was beautiful and original. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was lovely and the breakfast buffet was awesome - there was a great, varied offer. The value for money is very good.

Disappointing
Double room booked: narrow room with small bed on one side completely on the wall, mattress sagged. On arrival at 17:00 no contact person on site, bracket of hand shower detached from wall. Garage 450 away 18€ extra
