Highly recommended!
Very centrally located, yet surprisingly quiet in a side street. Equipped with everything so needed for a pleasant stay. Even the bed was super comfortable. I did not cook, but it is possible and there is also a coffee machine. I would definitely come back!

Highly recommended!
The apartment is very centrally located, nice restaurants and sights can be reached within walking distance.
Everything necessary is found in kitchen, bathroom and living-bedroom. The apartment is well heated, quiet, homely furnished and clean.

A very successful stay!!!
I am thrilled with this apartment. It is spacious, bright, friendly and has everything you need. The tenant is very nice and tries to fulfill your wishes.
It is not far from the center. There is also a balcony. And parking for €9 per night.

The time of my life
Beautifully decorated, modern and comfortable two-room apartment, situated in a place that is both calm and very close to the vibrant city centre. I had booked this apartment to live and work in Leipzig for 6 months and I could not have made a better choice. Studio44 is run by a terrific team that is extremely helpful and always easy to get in touch with when you have questions. I particularly enjoyed the very complete kitchen of this apartment, the awesome laundry service and availability of a bike. Thank you, dear team, for making my time in Leipzig so enjoyable!

Wonderful place to stay
I would like to thank Marc Binder and Team for hospitality!
Anyone who plans to travel to Leipzig I highly recommend this place. It’s close to University, 20 minutes walk from the Center and 3 minutes walk from tram / train station. Marc was very helpful and very responsive.
Definitely will come back.
