Not a pleasant experience
Not recommended for solo female travellers. Inappropriate behaviour from one member of the staff during the night shift.
Very unpleasant and disturbing to be treated in an inappropriate manner as a hotel guest.
The shower was broken too!

so so...
Stayed 2 nights.
Pros: Good location at the entrance of the city. Parking available. Good price for what the hotel offers. Small refrigerator in room. Friendly staff.
Cons: Needs renovation. Uncomfortable bed for me (hard mattress). Poor breakfast (mostly packaged products). Smoking tolerated in breakfast area!

Just stay away
Smelly, dirty, abandoned hotel in a very ungly area. They take advantage that they are th only hotel in the city. Its better to stay with a sleeping bag to the beach. Definely will be less disgusting,

Gross
Nothing good to say. Sleep on the street cleaner. This place was so gross smelled of smoke. Carpet dirty. Omg I still can't believe we stayed in this s--- hole. We wore our shoes to bed. The covers looked gross wore our coat to bed.

Use if you have nothing else
We went to this area because we thought being by the sea it would be a holiday place with a number of hotels but we were wrong and the nearest hotel that showed on my sat nab was this. We were tired so we went for it but we wished we hadn't. We asked for a non smoking room and despite the smell of stale tobacco we were assured it was non smoking. On the surface the room appeared to be tired but OK. Then when you looked at the carpet you felt we would not like to go bear footed. The shower was grubby but the worst part was yet to come. In the morning I went to go to the toilet. When I went to pull my shorts back on they felt wet. When I then looked on the floor you could see the soil pipe was leaking and it was obvious it had been for some considerable time. That was horrible! Sewage water leaking out the back of the toilet!!! I reported this and was told "I will fix it". The whole hotel needs a radical clean if not a refit. We would never stay there again.
