Relaxing Stay without Compromise on Quality or Location.
Arrived to a friendly Welcome with a Room on the Beach Overlooking the Sea.
Spacious ,Clean with all amenities supplied for a perfect Stay to include Aircon,Safe,Coffee Machine & pods,Power Shower,Free Beachfront Sinbeds etc.
Christos the owner and his team always on hand to help with anything required along with the pleasant no trouble approach made for a relaxing stay.

Bus to Heraklion,Knossos & Airport 5 minute walk from Hotel.

Relaxed holidays
Super friendly, cosy and comfortable, feels very homely. The patron and staff take care of you in every aspect and help in practical things. Beach with own chairs and shades. You can order food and drinks directly to the beach.

The room was very spacious and with a huge balcony overlooking the beach and sea. Aircon was a great addition to the warm summer in Crete. Staff was very helpful and keen to help.

Disrespect and poor boundaries
Stayed in a ground-floor room advertised with a “sea view,” but the experience was absolutely outrageous.
Every morning at 6:00 a.m., my “alarm clock” was a sewage truck that came to empty the septic system right next to my window. I was woken up by unbearable noise and an absolutely disgusting smell of feces. This is completely unhygienic and unacceptable.
As if that wasn’t enough, on the very first night, a large car was parked along the entire length of my terrace, completely blocking the sea view that I had paid extra for.
The following morning, at 6:45 a.m., while I was still sleeping, hotel staff simply entered my private terrace to sweep it, without asking for permission or even notifying me. This was a serious violation of my privacy.
When I went to reception to ask for an explanation, they seemed to find the situation amusing. The reception staff and the manager simply walked away and left me standing there alone, refusing to take responsibility for what had happened.
I eventually had no choice but to leave four hours earlier than planned. I was even afraid to stay for breakfast or longer on the beach because I have never experienced such a shocking level of disrespect and such a complete disregard for personal privacy and boundaries.
The room itself is practically wall-to-wall with a kitchen, so you can constantly hear sinks, dishes, and all the noise associated with kitchen activity. On the other side, there is a terrace where loud music and noise continue until around 3:00 a.m.
Under these conditions, sleeping was extremely difficult, and I was simply unable to get proper rest. What a shame, because accommodation should provide, above all, peace, quiet, and decent conditions for its guests to rest, at least after 11-12 pm.
But the complete violation of my privacy was the final straw.
If I had stayed another night, would I have woken up to find a car parked in the living room and the cleaning lady in my bed?!?!
A completely unprofessional hotel that fails to provide basic standards of privacy, safety, hygiene, and respect for its guests. Avoid this place!

Hotel by the sea, with an attached restaurant and equipped beach, of total convenience.
