Sunset View Studios is situated in Agios Nikitas and has a pool with a view and pool views. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay.

Absolutely recommended, wonderful base on beautiful island
The perfect place to stay. Apartment very clean, provided with everything you need. Location away from busy towns and beaches in foothills but only 5 minutes drive to nearest excellent beach. Ideal base from which to explore the island’s many beaches, lovely villages, fabulous mountain views. You do need a car or scooter though. George and Athena could not be better hosts – they maintain everything so well and are incredibly helpful, including gifts of home-made food to experience some real local cooking. Sitting on the balcony or by the pool looking at the fabulous sunsets will be a forever memory.

NOT recommended. Terrible experience
Awful experience, we made a reservation and paid the advance.
The accommodation was not as described.
The manager instead of mitigating the situation started insulting and kicked us out, but kept the deposit.
Absolutely BAD experience.

CHEATS. JUST STAY AWAY, totally crooks.
With another we agreed and gave the deposit, another we found waiting for us.
We were welcomed by the absolute shame of the Greek tourism.
A statement by the Romanian who was introduced to us by the name of Kostas
By the time we entered the house, we had him in our hearts asking us urgently to pay him back.
But we had agreed with one Argyri who is the Owner (of course, he did not answer the phones) whose data we have and to whom we filed the deposit, and others we found our presence.
Specifically we had asked if there was a laundry and safe that had reassured us that there were. That's why we made a Reservation.
But there, as I said, we found this Costas.
His style was unacceptable. Rough, rude, not discreet at all, he penetrated into the room while we were getting rid of it, he talked unceasingly and said that recently they gave him to manage the house because something happened to the previous owners and that he took it up with all the bookings that had already been made.
He quickly started the nonsense that these rooms are for more money, that he's wasting money giving it to us and a bunch of such nonsense.
In short, he wanted us out, apparently because he wanted the store to run it otherwise.
They told us they don't have a safe and that the washing machine isn't for tenants.
We also realized that they did not have running water due to a multi-day shutdown of the water supply and did not take care to have tanks full for basic needs (shower, boiler).
Maybe it was all methods to get us out.
After these, we made our complaints that they are not agreed and that the style is unacceptable and we started looking for an alternative to our accommodation.
He started the threats "to get up and leave on the spot" and while we made the decision to actually leave and we loaded the car, he suddenly closes the exit with his own car (!) and he did not let us leave.
Things beyond any reason, he might be mentally disturbed.
In any case, inappropriate for the job, in a serious state would have gathered him in some structure.
The children cried because they were afraid as his presence, his words and actions were threatening.
Under the pretext that the kids were sitting in beds, he kept the deposit and never returned it.
We called the police. The follow-up will be given to the courts. UNACCEPTABLE, STAY AWAY.

Not suitable for disabled!
I traveled to Lefkada with my mother and my disabled brother and booked one of these studios. These studios claim to be suitable for people with disability. However, after our arrival I found out that there where stairs (4-5 steps) and an attached metallic ramp was extremely steep and narrow (inclination about 40% or so as typical staircases). It was really difficult and dangerous to move my brother in and out of the studio. Moreover the bathroom on the 1st floor is not suitable for disabled people either. A bigger and more disabled-friendly bathroom was on the 2nd floor (making it useless since there where no elevator). All in all the claim that the studios are suitable for disabled people is totally false and misleading!

Very clean room and nice staff
We enjoyed our staying in the minimal lovely very clean room in Sunset View Studios. The people working there are fantastic, very kind and welcoming! We also got a souvenir as present from the cleaning lady ❤️
