Boasting a patio with sea views, a private beach area and a garden, Studios Limnionas can be found in Marathokampos, close to Limnionas Beach and 22 km from Folklore museum of Karlovasi.

Serenity
If there is a single word to define Studios Limnionas this would be serenity. The studios are located on a slope fun of olive and pine trees. The beach is almost private. You can rest under the pine and fig trees at the wonderful beach and relax, read your book. Food service is not available so you need to search for nearby places for breakfast but this is always a lovely experience if you do have a car. Kostas is a cheerful person. He helped us a lot to surprise for my birthday. The cake he found was very delicious. He greeted us by serving ice coffee. The people and environment changes everything. We are planing to come back here soon again.

Very nice place, very nice people ... but beware of flies that can disturb your stay
The place is very nice with a beautiful view on the mountain in front of the residence and pristine waters that makes every bath a great joy; it is certain my one of the best place in the island of Samos (we visited a couple of other beaches in the island and we can definitely say that Limnionas is one of the best as not crowded and still quite genuine when the other areas seem to be more touristy) - There’s a private beach that makes every day very enjoyable (be careful of the slope that drives you to the sea as it is quite slippery)
People at Studios Limnionas were very nice i.e. a young boy of 22 (Koskas) and his great mother of 82 that really are the people taking care of the whole area; they are extremely nice and trying to help in any matter; there’s also the father of the young boy (Nikos) that is very helpful whenever it is present - Antonis, uncle to the young boy, with who I have treated all along the previous months, never showed up
Our studio (B2) was simple but quite acceptable; its balcony is good (the view is a little bit restricted due to the fact they are trees on the right and the left that narrows it but nothing problematic); the air conditioned is underestimated and it takes some time (when it’s very hot outside) in the night to begin cooling; Internet is OK, a little bit slow, but again that was not a problem
The only restriction that I would see in this place are black flies which are, apparently randomly, that are around the seaside and even (with less extend) in the balcony and upper levels of this residence - we had to endure them specially the first 3 days of our stay (and almost disappeared after for the 9 remaining days stay): we would suggest to bring with you repellent items in case you have to face these flies
Apart from this restriction the place is nice, the people are nice, the sea is outstandingly great

Posto meraviglioso, rilassante e romantico. La spiaggia privata sotto il monolocale consente di nuotare in qualsiasi momento e di rilassarsi al sole o all'ombra. Proprietario gentilissimo, il tutto un sogno

Mutheşem
Önünde özel havuzu olan odalar şahane. İçerisinde ihtiyacınız olacak tüm mutfak eşyaları mevcut. Temizlik 10/10. Hergün temizlik yapılıyor. Sahili şahane. Çocuklu aileler içinde uygun. Adaya gelip burda kalmak kesinlikle çok mantıklı. Üst tarafta restoran var. İşletme çok kibar ve ilgili. Birdaha adaya gelirsem kesinlikle burda kalacağım.

Rundum-wohlfühl-Urlaub
Dieser Ort ist einfach zauberhaft. Die Familie, die die Studios betreibt ist so herzlich und zuvorkommend, dass man sich direkt zu Hause fühlt. Der tägliche Zimmerservice ist ein toller Luxus und auch sonst wurden wir bestens umsorgt. Dazu kommt die traumhafte Lage mit ihrer malerischen Kulisse. Wir kommen gern wieder her.
