非常乾淨的酒店,海灘旁邊有友好的員工
位置很好的性價比。 所有人都很友好,面帶微笑的。 海灘酒吧只有幾步之遙,有令人驚歎的雞尾酒&的音樂。
酒店有一個非常乾淨的泳池你可以在那裏喝飲料,吃早餐或午餐。
每個人都非常友好和禮貌。 房間很乾淨。 酒店旁邊就是到村Sarti, 你可以步行到那裏。

AVOID Hotel Pontos in Sarti if tou care about your helth!!
I strongly advise everyone to avoid Hotel Pontos in Sarti.
Our experience was extremely disappointing. The room had visible mold and damp walls, and the level of cleanliness was unacceptable. The bathroom flooded every time we took a shower, leaving water all over the floor. These are not minor inconveniences but serious hygiene and safety issues.
We immediately reported the problems to the reception, but no effective solution was offered. Instead of addressing the issues or providing suitable accommodation, the hotel offered to refund the remaining nights if we left the property.
We were travelling with a young child, who developed a cough during our stay, making us even more concerned about the mold and damp conditions. We cannot say for certain what caused the cough, but the condition of the room raised serious concerns for our family’s health.
I documented everything with photos and videos and submitted a formal complaint to the Greek authorities.
The location of the hotel cannot compensate for the poor hygiene, lack of maintenance, and the way our complaint was handled.
If you value cleanliness, your health, and professional customer service, I recommend choosing another hotel in Sarti.

They do not have any respect! They cancel reservations and you find out when you get there
I booked a couple of months ago, i payed a deposit and when we arrived at the hotel they said our reservation seems canceled and they do not have any room available anymore. We did not cancel anything, we arrived after 15hours driving, tired and just wanted a room. I proposed them to give me the deposit back and search a room in another hotel but same criteria i was looking for. Was full season and lower chances to find something at 7pm. We were 4 persons and wanted two rooms. They found 2 cheaper hotels, one with 4 beds in one room and one with a very low rate, we refused , choosed one which was 250 euros more and expected for them to cover the difference. The lady from reception started to yell she kept saying she is too busy and doesnt have time for this, like was my fault everything happened. We just wanted our rooms, or any other room but not to make fun of us with their choices. I have all proofs and recording of lady yelling and screaming and i will claim and fill a report to authorities. They dont have any respect for clients.

Mosquitos everywhere
It needs urgently renovation. Also, there is an elos beside the hotel, and the mosquitos are everywhere. When we entered the room, the mosquitos were on the bed, on cupboard everywhere. The owner either had to do more times disinsection or had to drainage the elos with the help of municipality. My husband almost got an allergy shock, fortunately we left.

Ideal place however the amount per night does not correspond to the facilities
Polite and helpful staff
Ideal location for excursions to the nearby beaches
I think maybe an investment should be made in the mattresses - pillows as comfort and good sleep are components of the holidays
