Value for Money & Excellent Customer Service!
The apartment is wonderful, the staff is absolutely delightful. During the course of stay, we enjoyed personalised experience, Exceptional service, helpful guidance & quick rectification in rare situations where something wasn't right.
When We arrived for checkin we were given a warm welcome with refreshing welcome drinks. The staff was kind enough to help us with transportation and other requirements.
Overall I would strongly recommend this to all travellers coming to mumbai. It's located in the heart of an IT park which makes it perfect for your business trip. Plus the infamous marve beach is also 20 minutes from the hotel. This provides a perfect blend of business and leisure.

Beware
Beware it's a fraud.Pictures don't match the actual place ...Money taken as advance 5,000 was not returned even after promising to return.The room was filled with naphtalene balls and bad smell filled the room ....Really bad experience.. . Definately not a place to visit with family

An exquisite service apartment
We resided in Dev Shelters in Oct 2015 and Mar 2016. The Owner Shubam Sharma is a very hospitable man. He has 2 properties in Malad west and we stayed at both. He has fantastic cooks and his charges are very reasonable. One of his apartments is smack bang opposite the church (Grotto Heritage)and the other about 1 km down the road at Lotus. The rooms are compact and comfortable. Very spick. I wont hesitate in staying here again.

Good Stay
I was looking for a budget accommodation in Mumbai for my friend and Dev Shelters was just what i was looking for. The location is great, pretty close to the station as well as the theatres and the mall. The staff was very accommodating as i had gone there to take a look around and the smallest of issues were resolved instantly.
The breakfast was not that great but there was nothing to complain about as such. All in all, my friend really appreciated what i did for him.

Amazing Stay!!!
Super friendly staff, very accommodating, and very good facilities and location. Breakfast could be a little better but wouldn't complain about that. They prepared everything right from lunch to dinner while I had to only pay for groceries.
Totally worth the price for this property and I would definitely stay here whenever I come to Bombay next.
