Very poor service
Very poor service.. totally waiste of money.. Restaurant food service is not good. Informed Deepak (manager) to improve service.. but no one care about the feedback.. even they are not bother whether client is facing issue or not...

very bad.
theres this person called Neeraj at the reception, he’s an awful guy who doesn’t know how to treat guests, behaved rudely with my family and elderly people..
his tone is really rude and he doesn’t not know what respect is and strict action shall be taken against him.
the overall staff of this hotel is rude and useless there was no guard at the parking for which i had to wait 15 mins which caused unnecessary traffic.
the hotel is in really narrow streets and not in a easily accessible location..

Poor Service
Room AC was not working after repeated request the room was downgraded as they had no option by giving us discount on the room rent since it was downgraded. The service is too slow. We had booked for 3 occupancy logically we should get 3 towels after repeated reminders we got them. The breakfast service was also very slow. At peak they were not able to manage the rush hours. No items were ready and had to wait for 15 min to refill. Hotel is a service industry and if its not done well and managed well then it is an empathy.
