Fairytale stay
Enchanted stay. The owner Luana friendly, directed us to the most beautiful places in Arezzo. We stayed at Villa Carniani, a period villa finely restored thanks to the impeccable taste of the owner. New, spacious and extremely clean apartments equipped with every comfort. I will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful experience
We stayed in the family for my sister's graduation. The location is strategic to reach every part of Arezzo and surroundings. The villa is beautiful, attention to detail. Stunning view. We chose the superior and there were 6. The rooms equipped with every comfort, clean and tastefully decorated. The lady was very kind. If we happen to be there again, we will definitely go back there.

Excellent experience
Excellent experience, recommended. Good communication with the owner who was kind and very helpful. Structure a few minutes from the center of Arezzo, clean and well organised. The swimming pool and garden are beautiful, a very well-kept environment. Animals welcome. I would definitely recommend it.

Great and cozy place
We spent at the Villa Carniani 6 romantic days and nights - great place! A very typical Tuscany villa, cozy, great owners advising you with good places to go around. Great ambient, big garden, nice dogs and cats around ;) don't believe if someone says the dogs are noisy - they are not, indeed ;) a very good place to come back!

Festività Pasquali.
Bellissima location alle porte del centro storico di Arezzo. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, fin dalla prenotazione. Appartamento grande, con tre grandi camere un cucinino ed un bagno con doccia. Grande disponibilità di spazio verde, con giochi per bambini. Accetta i cani. Ho avuto un piccolo problema con le pulizie, che ho rappresentato alla proprietaria, che puntualmente ha preso atto e si è scusata. Comunque consigliato.
