Excellent position
Excellent location, 10 minutes from Termini station, a few minutes from the Imperial Forums and the Colosseum.
Renovated room in an old building, spacious and quiet.
Pietro was very helpful, he gave us the opportunity to leave our luggage after check out.
Only advice, check the cleanliness of the room better.

Best place to explore Rome
Pietros place is litarlly just perfect to explore Rom! The room was very clean, comfy and quiet. The location is very central and all the sightseeingvatractions are reachabel by foot! Piotro the host is the best, very open hearted and has a lot of recomendations on what to do.
The place is very easy reachabel by foot from Termini and is based in a quiet street. we never had trouble with noise (inside or outside)

Great place to stay if exploring Rome on foot
Excellent value and very nice place to stay. Pietro is an excellent host and gave us some good information about the neighbourhood. The room was very comfortable, modern and clean. The building is in a good location for exploring all the sights of Rome and is walking distance from Termini train station, so you can get the train from the airport which is a lot cheaper than booking a taxi. We would definitely stay here again.

Mainly great - just needed some soap!
Great location. Walkable distance to all the main sights. Fantastic having your own keys to come and go.
Room was good size and the ensuite modern. The shower was very good - no shortage of water.
Only thing missing was soap - there was a soap dispenser but it was empty - an oversight maybe. All good the only complaint was there is quite a bit of noise between the rooms and from outside also - kept hearing bottles being emptied from nearly restaurants I assume it was late into the night and lots of people talking loudly outside.

Very cosy and extraordinary kindness
We had an amazing stay in the centre of Rome, close to all the major attractions! Pietro, the landlord was also very kind and helpfull and booked some nice spots to eat (with discounts)! He is easy to reach via text and will even contact you, himself! Also the price was very low considering the place and the city!
