The hot spring was very good.
It's a hotel that is included in the 100 hotels chosen by professionals.
The open-air bath with a view and the large public bath were very good. The large public bath has an open-air bath, and it is separated by gender. Is it unfortunate that the open-air bath has a gender-swapping system? Depending on the length of your stay, you may not have enough time to fully enjoy the open-air bath with a view.
This time, we included dinner and breakfast. The breakfast was good, but not special. The dinner wasn't really related to Nagano Prefecture, but the spiny lobster was quite delicious. Since there are no restaurants around the hotel, I recommend including dinner in your stay.

The public bath was good.
The couple enjoy the hot spring inn. This time, I was indebted to Mr. Shomine who was in a five-star inn. The hot springs are only to be a five star inn, so I used them spaciously and comfortably. The beautiful water in the observation bath was long and relaxed in the warm water while looking at the basin. The staff was very courteous in their service and the kaiseki dishes of the meal were delicious. The room felt a little old but was well cleaned. I was a little concerned about the noise from the hallway, so it was four stars.

friendly and comfortable
We received enthusiastic and friendly service from all the staff at this ryokan. From the luggage storage service at Ace Inn, to the hotel shuttle bus, to the front desk staff trying to find a way for us to travel to Kamikochi, to the restaurant staff, housekeepers, and the soft and comfortable pillows. I can say that this is another hotel that left an impression and I will definitely come back to stay again.

a good hotel with view of the snowy mountain. even though we arrived late that night, friendly staff keep out room ready and the bath tube full of hot spring water.
nice breakfast as well, the 2nd morning all cars covered with snow, they have tools to help clean your windows before you go. added value.

View of Matsumoto City and the Northern Alps
Because the hotel is located on a hill overlooking Matsumoto City, the Northern Alps spread beyond Matsumoto City if the weather permits.
You can enjoy the scenic observation bath (male-female swap system) and the open-air bath with beautiful green trees.
I wasn't expecting much, as there seemed to be a lot of vacationers, but I was very happy with the elaborate variety of delicious dishes for both dinner and breakfast!
No room views, no hot springs, no food!
There was also a bus transfer from Matsumoto Station, which made it a place I wanted to go again if I had the chance.
