Checkin staff was great. My only issue is the way the elevator is set up. Basically you needed to walk up or down a half a staircase to get to the elevator. So if you have mobility issues or lots of luggage, it was a bit of a pain. But otherwise, very good. Definitely, worth the money i spent.

It was all right. The room keys are in a safe of which you get a code and take your keys, among all the other guests keys. But ours wasn't there so had to call them and they called the cleaning lady and she came down and got our keys

The staff were so helpful and very kind. So much knowledge over area but also giving tips of what to do etc. My room was clean and comfortable.

Still waiting for a response from this accommodation
Due to COVID, we change our booking from 2020 to 2021. We booked on Booking.com. After that, they tell me “no worry’s, you have one year to change your booking. Just tell us to change and we accommodate you”.
In February I try to talk with them and nothing. Day after day. I’ve paid 300€, and still have no booking and response.
They never answer me and Booking.com
They are really bad.
They don’t respect the costumers
