Situated in St Paul's Bay, 500 metres from Bugibba Perched Beach and 500 metres from Malta National Aquarium, Seafront Apartment With Pool features air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi.

Clean and reasonably well equipped, with a great location close to shops, amenities and public transport. Communication from the company was also quick and helpful.
However, there were several disappointments. Some basic kitchen essentials were missing, there was no microwave, and the sofa was much smaller than pictured and not suitable for six people. The BBQ shown in the photos was also not provided.
The biggest issue was the pool area. There are no sun loungers provided for this property, which was very disappointing, particularly as this wasn’t clear when booking. The pool itself was also a little tired and could have been cleaner. We also experienced some unfriendly behaviour from other residents, including being told our children were too noisy while playing in the pool and being challenged when we sat on loungers that we later discovered belonged to other apartments.
We only discovered on arrival that there was a limit on the included air conditioning, which was difficult to manage in the August heat. There was also an issue with the local tax/payment, as we were charged for six adults rather than the four children included on our booking, so we had to request a refund. The security deposit was also held for 16 working days before being returned.
Overall, a clean, well-located apartment, but several differences between the listing and what was actually provided took away from the experience.

Appartement spacieux mais qui commence un peu à mal vieillir. (Canapé et pouf un peu cassé, manque de pression dans les douches, un micro--ondes serait souhaitable, abatjour cassé). Comme il accueilel des touristes avoir un abonnement télé ou l'on puisse mettre sa langue serait appréciable.

O apartamento é muito grande e bem localizado, fica na quadra anterior à avenida beira-mar, próximo ao aquário.
Encontramos alguns pontos que o estabelecimento poderia melhorar: a descrição da localização do apartamento, perdemos algum tempo para achar edifício. Além disso, não havia shampoo/condicionador, detergente, e sabão para máquina de lavar roupa nem papel higiênico reserva.
