A great experience, 10 out of 10 hotel

The hotel is very good, nice rooms, good staff, very kind, comfortable beds, everything clean, the food is incredible, the views are beautiful, and the decorations. The best hotel I have ever stayed in

Terrible service

Terrible service, the restaurant is awful and the service is fatal, just the restaurant, the guys at the front desk are very attentive but the female employees are terrible and have horrible attitudes.

The room was tiny. The air conditioning stopped working on the first day @ 5pm. Front desk said they would send someone at 9pm and no one went by. At 11 pm I could not take the heat anymore and my daughter was sick with a fever. I complained again they said they could not switch room and would send a fan. The fan did more noise than the hot air it blew. There is only two elevators that work really slow so be prepared to wait. The breakfast buffet is okay not everything is included make sure you ask before ordering. The kitchen staff watches you like a hawk so if you’re sitting at the table and not eating. They will harass you to pay for the buffet charge even though you did not eat. We had an awful experience with two of my cousins visiting from another hotel. On the positive side the cleaning ladies from the first floor were all very nice and attentive. They were always willing to help and serve us. The driver who drove us to a venue was also nice and helpful.

Very bad experience

They do not leave personal supplies, despite having occupied the room for days.
They do not leave water supplies. They do not change the glasses.
They do not collect the trash daily.
There is no staff to attend in the restaurant.
I am taking away a bad experience

Agradecemos el elegirnos como hotel para su estadía al igual que su comentario ya que con este podremos mejorar cosas que probablemente no estemos detectando, lamentamos que no fuera la estadia esperada, verificaremos directamente con el personal indicado sobre lo mencionado en su comentario ya que para nosotros nuestros huespedes son lo mas importante y debemos eliminar ese tipo de acciones mencionadas con nuestro personal, esperamos contar nuevamente con su visita para que nospermita corregir lo mencionado.
