Located in the heart of Marrakech Medina, just a 5-minute walk from Jemma El Fna Square, Riad Eva offers a patio with a fountain, rustic-style Moroccan décor and a 24-hour reception. Koutoubia Mosque is a 15-minute walk away.

excellent customer service received- polite staff especially Sulaiman
excellent service and staff were great especially Sulaiman. travelled as a solo lady traveller and it was a lovely Riad to stay.

Tourist tax
We stayed at this Riad for a total of 12 nights (from June 15 to June 27).
When we booked on Lastminute, the tourist tax was clearly displayed as 25 MAD per person per night (which is 600 MAD / ~€60 for the stay).
Upon our arrival on Monday, June 15, the owner was absent. The housekeepers (very kind, by the way) asked us for 900 MAD (~€90) in cash, which is 35 MAD per night. We refused, providing proof of our reservation.
On Sunday, June 21, the owner came back very aggressively. Although Lastminute had confirmed the rate of 25 MAD in the meantime, she demanded payment of the 900 MAD by 5 PM, threatening to evict us from the accommodation even though all our nights had already been paid for. (She also sent us a false formal notice written with ChatGPT.)
Not feeling safe at all, we left for another Riad (which confirmed that the official tax was indeed 25 MAD).
It is clear that this establishment sets its prices "based on the customer" and seeks to scam those who do not book through Booking.
Positive side: the Riad is well located and nicely decorated.
Negative side: no air conditioning (just a simple fan) and high humidity in the room.
I strongly advise against this place. The lack of honesty and the behavior of the owner completely spoil the experience.

Very good location!
The decoration is very typical, very beautiful!
We were welcomed with tea, very good!
Small room and could be cleaner, had other host belongings under the bed.
The bathroom has an unpleasant smell and when you take a bath wet everything.
The breakfast was very simple, only on the first day we were offered juice and there was no fruit.
The staff are very friendly and requested.
Great location, inside the Medina and no noise!

Beautiful experience in the center of Marrakesh
We have just stayed in this Riad one night with my family in the suite located on the top floor. Beautiful! In the Riad you can breathe an authentic atmosphere. Everything very nice and clean. The owner is always ready to help and satisfy every need. All the staff were very kind. Super breakfast on the terrace. The location is perfect just a few minutes from pizza central. No problem logging in. What can I say, super recommended!!!

What can I say, we just got back but I would leave again immediately. We had a great time in this riad, the rooms are not large but functional and clean. The breakfast on the terrace was very good. The transfer service is punctual and at a good price. The location is perfect, in the center of the Medina and a few meters from the square. However, I would like to thank all the staff made up of very kind and helpful people. A particular mention to Bouchra, a wonderful, helpful girl who followed us throughout our stay with a thousand attentions, messages on WhatsApp even once we returned. Thanks again for everything
