The exchange rate is 1 euro = 11 dirhams. It is strictly forbidden to have meals delivered or to bring meals from outside the establishment. Any damaged item must be refunded and this also applies to indelible stains on bed linen or towels (henna, makeup, shoe polish, etc.). Dyeing or replacement fees will be required. The swimming pool is accessible from 10:00 to 20:00. If you wish to have your boarding pass printed at an additional cost, please inform the establishment at least 12 hours before your departure. You must show a photo ID and a credit card upon check-in. Please inform Riad Sofia Marrakech in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests must be quiet between 23:00:00 and 08:00:00. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian to check in.
