Nice experience

フロントマンの接客も丁寧で、エントランスも広くて開放的です。静岡駅からも近く、ロケーションも良いです。部屋は十分に広くて清潔。

Two words . BLACK MOLD.
After my first night my chest was hurting and i couldn't understand why. The second night it felt like i was coming down with something and i started coughing up green phlegm. I was out all day and wheni came back to the room i was in pain again. I looked all over and then shine my flashlight into the Air Conditioner duct. It was COMPLETELY COVERED IN BLACK MOLD. i took a video and went down to show them. They Started looking for other rooms to put me in. After seeing it in the 3rd room as well i said no way and checked out of the hotel. I now have a lung infectioni am fighting because of this place. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

Highly satisfied hotel

This is a newly opened hotel, so the facilities are clean and up-to-date.
All the rooms are large, so you can relax very easily.
The location is convenient for going anywhere.
The food is also satisfactory. If the number of guests increases, the number of dishes will probably increase.
I felt the strong desire of the staff to make this a great hotel.
I also recommend the view from the pool. You can see both the Shwedagon Pagoda and the Yangon River. There are no pools where you can see both.
The Shwedagon Pagoda and the Yangon River lit up by the sunset are a spectacular sight.
I was very satisfied with this hotel.
The manager, James, was very helpful during my stay. Thank you very much.

On the same floor as the room I stayed in, a Chinese man was smoking and had the door to his room completely open, so the whole floor was filled with the smell of his cigarettes.
And his phone was ringing very loudly.
Even if you try to order room service, you have to order a very unappetizing meal.
Other than that, the cleaning staff are very kind.
For the same price, they are flexible to accommodate nearby Pan Pacific, so I found it useful, but recently they have become stricter and the minibar has disappeared, which is very disappointing.
I hope that various services will be improved in the future.
For example, I think that it is necessary not only to tighten the services and rules, but also to display and place in the room information signs for each floor and service and the room service menu in all rooms.
Also, in some rooms, the pillars are in the way and you can't see the view.
And the room is clean, but the view is not very good because the windows are dirty.
I recommend that you choose a hotel based on the overall evaluation.
I will go to this hotel again, so I will post a review in the future.
