Good Hotel choice. Affordable, comfortable and convenient
The hotel is ideally located near the sibulan airport in dumaguete with only 3 to 5 minutes travel time. Its also just a few steps away from the City Mall, a major shopping center in dumaguete.
They also offer free pick up from or to the airport, you just have to inform them about your flight details. The room is very cozy especially the sheets. No weird odour unlike in other cheap hotels. The aircon is functioning well, the TV has a cable connection, the CR has a bidet and the shower has a heater. The wifi is really fast.
The staff was very accomodating and helpful. They also allow you to store food in their refrigerator.
Definitely recommended

Only 1 person to do all the cleaning , reception etc.
“2 nights for only ₱900+! What a steal!”
I booked a very nice price for 2 nights below ₱1k, the room was okay for 2 pax, the room was not very maintained , it has cracks on the walls, the shower head was clogged, they only had one lady staff to do everything from reception to cleaning the rooms to doing laundry, no reception 7pm onwards , only the security guard can assist. No wall lamp, I mean it has but the plug was broken and there’s no outlet near the wall lamp. I can only recommend this place if they gave so much discount also for solo travelers or you just wanted a place to rest at night (if you have travel itineraries the whole day)

Near city mall
It's decent basic hotel. Shower water pressure isn't that strong though and there's no elevator. There is a laundrymat downstairs but when I asked to borrow iron, they don't have one which is a bit hassle for me as I had to attend a wedding.
Advantage is that it's very close to city mall where you have many shop options.

Great little family-run Hotel in Dumaguete
I stayed here at Dino Residences for 5 days while on holiday in Dumaguete.
It’s a nice little, family-run Hotel centrally located in the city. The Hotel itself is quite small and the rooms aren’t huge but they’re sufficiently sized, clean, tidy, with comfortable beds and well air-conditioned.
The Hotel is well located, over the road is a large mall and you’re only a short walk or tricycle ride to Rizal Boulevard.
The one particular thing that stands out about his Hotel is the staff who are so very friendly and helpful, really lovely people.
Highly recommend, value for money place to stay.

seul le prix est interessant et le personnel souriant, sinon hotel tres quelconque, bruyant comme beaucoup d'hotels a Dumaguete, presence d'une eglise juste a cote avec le soir fete jusque tard dans la nuit et le matin ceremonie tres tot... chambre et salle de bains avec le minimum (pas de refrigerateur), serviettes de toilette sentant l'humidite apres un essuyage. bref 1 fois pas 2
