wifi was no good,,i ask someone on a different floor they said as. much the same, , no shower caddy n water stays on the floor in the bathroom, nice bed, and a view, close to a lot of things

Disappointing overall
We booked two rooms but when we arrived we were told that we had only booked one and that the hotel was full. I produced our booking showing that we had indeed booked two rooms whereupon they magically found another (more expensive) room. I suggested that as the mistake was clearly theirs, the least they could do was to give us the second room at the same rate as the ones we had booked. They refused and as it was late at night we had no option but to pay the extra.
The loaction was good and the room was adequate for the price although noisy as it faced a main street. The wifi was non-existant.

Room was small but the price was right. WiFi was slow and laggy but this is the Philippines after all.

The doorman was really kind, very helpful, everybody smiling, but 2 women behind deck. besides them, everybody was super professional and kind.
