⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Breakfast Service – Thank You, Miss Dona!
A special thank you to Miss Dona from the breakfast team for making my stay even more enjoyable.
From the very first morning, she took the time to understand my breakfast preferences and what I needed. What impressed me most was that from the next day onward, she remembered everything without me having to ask again. Every morning, she made sure everything was taken care of exactly the way I liked it.
Her attention to detail, warm smile, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. It is this kind of personal service that makes a hotel stay memorable and makes a guest feel truly valued.
Miss Dona is a wonderful example of outstanding hospitality and a real asset to the hotel. Thank you for taking such great care of me throughout my stay!

Great place to stay!
I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Bucharest Floreasca. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming.
I would especially like to mention Adina from the breakfast service. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, and always made sure that guests felt welcome. Her warm attitude made our mornings even more enjoyable.
Thank you, Adina, for your excellent service and lovely smile! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent experience
I’m truly impressed by the service at this hotel. I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, but I’ve rarely experienced such a consistently warm, friendly, and helpful team.
A special thank you to Kristian at Reception, Iulia and Doinita in the restaurant, and Madalin at the Conference Center. Each of you went out of your way to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Your kindness and professionalism made our business trip truly exceptional.
The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast offered an excellent variety, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.
Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality. I would be delighted to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Top Notch!
Everything about our stay at Courtyard Floreasca was excellent! The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The cleaning staff did a great job. All of the employees were friendly and helpful.
We especially enjoyed the amazing and delicious breakfast buffet every morning. Much thought and effort went into providing such beautiful and nutritious breakfast options. Again, the staff at the restaurant, Solt, were efficient, friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the friendliness and help provided by Donna. She worked hard but also took time to visit with us when she could. She went out of her way to offer special assistance when we needed something extra. She along with many others are an asset to the restaurant.
We also enjoyed many dinners at Solt during our 10 night stay. Every meal was beautifully presented and delicious!
