The reception persons were... I don't want to to say rude but not the way we are used to in Northern Europe. Soviet style.
Otherwise the conditions were OK.

Stayed here as I was desperate. The reception isn't manned 24 hrs and the access to the property and rooms both use codes, so anyone who has, stayed since the last code change, has, access to the property, and to your room. It isn't safe, and on the 2nd day, the police were there as, someone had their possessions stolen. On the 3rd day, a complete stranger entered the room code I was in, looked around, saw I was in the room, and left. It's not safe. Do not stay here.

Hostel without persons... like staying in a single house, no possibility to make new friends

Lovely spacious basic room, comfy bed, shared bathroom & kitchen with one other room. Easy self check in, room left unlocked with key for us to enter. Shower leaked on bathroom floor. Reception desk on neighbouring property will attend if needed. No official luggage storage, left at desk in neighbouring property. 20 minute walk in city. Not too many shops/restaurants surrounding. Loved our stay, loved the price even more
