Hotel Brisa is on Levante Beach, in the quiet Rincón de Loix part of Benidorm. It offers an outdoor pool and gym, as well as free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception. Bright, colourfully decorated rooms are modern and air conditioned.

A basic hotel on the beach shore
A hotel on the beach, a better location does not exist, but the rooms are unfortunately very poorly maintained, the fixtures have no maintenance or cleaning, we pointed this out, as well as the walls which are made of light material and are broken, this makes the noises from the rooms on the sides very loud and the smell of cigarettes filters in through the A/C. The food included in the half-board is quite basic and poor, the exception is the

A must-try!
A small hotel on the waterfront. Nice, the staff is working to meet the guests' requests. I am happy that I chose this hotel. We had a room with a sea view on the first floor and requested a room on a higher floor. They accommodated our request, and the next day we moved to the third floor. Very kind staff. Breakfast with plenty of choices, also lunch and dinner. Everything is buffet-style. One day they even had an outdoor dinner featuring grilled meat and fish. Very nice.

Not a 4 star hotel the money we paid wasn't worth it
Great sea view food cold had to warm it up in microwave. Paid for half board wasn't worth the money .queues to get into dinning room . Staff ok wouldn't rate this hotel as 4 star been in much better than this one wouldn't stay here again

Beware of the Rooms.
A shame that borders on fraud. Attention future customers who book a room with side views: they tried to assign us a completely different room than the one shown on their website.
We went down to reception to complain, and after a long discussion with the hotel manager—who showed a very unfortunate tone for her position, with a lot of arrogance and no empathy—we received comments like: "It is what it is, you should have booked a junior suite or one with front views" or "You are on vacation, please." To top it off, she added: "Should I check you out and you can leave?" "I have the hotel full."
The next day, they finally gave us the room we had paid for, and we were able to enjoy it. However, at no point were we offered any compensation for having spent a night in a lower-category room. It would have been as simple as saying, "We are very sorry, what an unfortunate check-in, we want to do something nice for you."
We have been customers for over five years, and we do not want this situation to tarnish the wonderful hotel it is or the great team of workers, who are outstanding: always with a smile and exquisite service.
Advice for future customers: ensure in writing what you are reserving.
