Francisco is a wonderful person
The hotel has a very good location and Francisco at the reception is a sweetheart very kind and helpful the room is very good and quiet we liked it a lot and for sure we will repeat

NOT RECOMMENDED
The adjustable bed is very noisy, the mattress is pathetic, you get poked by hard pieces in your back, the pillow is too hard. After a two-night stay, an appointment with a physical therapist is recommended.
The hotel's hygiene is terrible; the sheets were stained, there was hair in the shower, and the water kettle was sticky.
The service and treatment are a disaster; they help you while they are eating and do not even say good morning when you leave the hotel.
The whole hotel smells like pre-cooked food; the smell is unbearable.
It does not have its own parking, and the closest parking area is a blue zone.
We do not recommend it; there are more interesting options in the city.

Perfect stay
Perfect stay
We've been a few days at Easter, my husband, my son and I. Everything was perfect, comfortable and very clean room, everything very new, air conditioning suitable to the needs, very nice shower, friendly and resolute staff, especially Francisco, always attentive to everything. All ideal. If we go back to Cuenca, we will repeat.

VERY COMFORTABLE HOTEL
A great hotel, as new because it is totally renovated so it is very, very comfortable and functional in all aspects: beds, bathroom, temperature...super complete breakfast, unbeatable location and also the owners very good people, it was a family trip, we recommend it 100 x 100, we would return safe.
