Private trip to Jaca and the surrounding areas
Very attentive and family-like service from Mabel and Marta. Spacious room with a hydromassage shower. Free parking on nearby streets. Close to the center but very quiet.

Central lcation, comfortable 'junior suite'.
Secure parking in an underground car park 300 m away, short walk to cathedral and centre.
Our room - Eidelweiss - on the third floor is described as a junior suite. Large bedroom, huge bed but very hard, two armchairs & low table, round table and two chairs. Very good space for living. Power shower in a whirlpool tub but a little difficult to climb into and easy to spray water everywhere!
Adequate breakfast of cold meats, croissants etc but coffee rather weak.

Great location and location. Hsbitstions of ceramic floor need urgent renovation.
Very friendly treatment, very central hotel, and quiet. The very old room; very old furniture, broken tiles.
The wood floor rooms, much better (I saw one from the hallway, and they have nothing to do with it.

If they offer you room 202, order another room.
The hotel has a lot of charm: the entrance and corridors are nice and convey a good first impression. However, the room I was assigned (202) was quite disappointing by comparison: although it was clean, it was small, with old furniture, an old-fashioned shower with plastic curtain and a window with a sense of insecurity. The worst part is that it costs the same as other renovated rooms and in much better condition.
Another point to note is that the hotel has an event tent on the adjacent plot. During my stay there was a wedding, with very loud music in the afternoon. Nobody warned us in advance, which made it impossible to rest in the room until they stopped the music at 10pm.
In short, it is a hotel with good location and charm, but they should take more care of the equity between rooms and notify guests in case of noisy events. Practical advice: if you are offered room 202, ask for another one, as they charge the same for much better options.

Second time here and much better. Newly done room very comfortable this time. Very genial staff. Price is right. Free street parking if you look a bit.
