Everything was excellent!
Excellent!!! Everything, the service, the cleanliness, the location. Everything was perfect; without a doubt, when I return to Madrid, I will stay there again.

Location!!!
Very basic , very clean .
Comfy beds , mini fridge and aircon.
We stayed three nights and found the room to be perfect for our needs ( somewhere to sleep and shower after exploring the city)..we didn’t need or want more !
The location is amazing…we literally could walk to every thing we wanted to see.
The hotel is situated in a very busy area at night, but we didn’t hear any outside noise in the room .
Only two slightly bad points …
The bathroom in our room was tiny …but the powerful shower was nice
We could hear other guests talking loudly through the walls at times ( take ear plugs and don’t shout in your room )
The entrance hallway and corridors smelt amazing!
I would not hesitate to stay here again

Good value in the heart of Madrid
Very clean, basic (not spacious) rooms each with a double bed, a small private bath and spare furnishings - in other words, a place to sleep. The location is hard to beat--a block or so off the Puerto del Sol in the heart of Madrid, convenient to metro and walkable to many nice restaurants and tapas bars. The location, four floors up by elevator, mitigates street noise and the rooms have A/C. Price is reasonably cheap considering the location. While the front desk is not staffed 24 hours, staff are reachable by phone after 9PM and are fluent in English, pleasant, and very helpful. Of note they arranged to extend my stay by one night (in another room in the hotel) when my flight home was cancelled due to weather. So maybe this is not the kind of place you'd put at the top of the list for your honeymoon, but I'd certainly consider staying here again next time I pass through Madrid.

To return
Very central location, you can reach different attractive areas of the city on foot.
Clean and cozy room with everything you need for a short stay, in the room there is a small refrigerator the bed is comfortable is a lot of sockets to recharge all my appliances.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Very fast check in and check out.

Excellent location
Great discovery, very friendly and attentive staff. Excellent location in the heart of Madrid, with all the services you can require from a hotel: air conditioning, friobar, comfortable beds, spacious room, good sign of wifi. The neighborhood bustling, but not felt in the rooms.
I would come back without hesitation.
