Totally recommended. The staff, although it is through WhatsApp, is super friendly, with all the check-in, check-out, and customer service hours well explained. Super fast at responding. The rooms are very new and clean, bright... as I say, for being right on Gran Via, super recommended

Room is new and very clean. Bathroom is small but complete and comfortable. Check in was easy and staff was very accommodating. Only divide was the WiFi was pretty slow. Would recommend.

Everything was fine except for the party noise near room 707. It was not any of the units in Mucho Madrid. The party noise came from units below or next to room 707.
