Apartamentos Falcó is set in Port de Pollensa, 8.2 km from Alcudia Old Town, 16 km from Natural Park S'Albufera de Mallorca, as well as 21 km from Cape Formentor. The property has mountain and pool views, and is 700 metres from Pollenca Beach.

Excellent appartment with swimming-pool
Appartment Falcó is located in Port de Pollença, a very nice coastal town in Mallorca Island. The rate quality/price is excellent. It is a full appartment with 2 rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen/eating-room and a little balcony. The flat is very well equipped and it had all we needed to stay some days. Also, there is a shared swimming-pool, which is always open. It was very easy to get in touch with the owner with whatsapp. She always helped us, when we needed something.
On the other hand, it is far from the center (about 20 minutes by walk) and it does not have a lift.

AMAZING 5*
I have chronic Arthritis and the bed and pillow was one of the best I've ever slept in so much, so I am now trying to see where I can buy the same from.
We stayed in apartment 3c and had everything we could ask for in the utilities
The only thing I would like to have is a bowl for washing up far less water would be used.
Janette, the owner, went beyond and above to make you feel comfortable, and at home, nothing was too much trouble.
We never had a problem getting a seat near the pool, but we did see a couple of times people putting their towels the sunbeds then going in for breakfast or going out which was not fair so maybe a sign might help.
Also, the front door really does need attention as we couldn't get the door to open, we did in the end but did hear a couple of others complaining that they struggled with it, would any of these things put me off going, absolutely not and in fact looking forward to booking next year.
Janette and her team are amazing, and trust me will look after you, but please remember this is a self catering establishment so like back home you get toilet roll to start you off and 1 towel change in a week but there is a set of drawers in the lobby that has all sorts of goodies in like salt ect.
A little gem of a place with a mix of people from all over the world, especially Germany and Spain, but everyone seemed very friendly.
Also has an amazing little bike storage area for your bike.

Would highly recommend!
Stayed here for 3 nights at the end of May. Booked online. Really easy to book. Good communication from the owners. Checked in before arrival - simple and straightforward. Arrived 10 minutes before official check in time and got straight in. The apartment was extremely clean and well presented. Great shower. Well stocked with utensils/ cups/ plates etc. Air con easy to use. View of the pool and mountains from the balcony. The pool and pool area were cleaned every day and we made good use of the pool. You are only a 5 minute walk to the beach and to lots of places to eat. Sol y Mar restaurant lovely, Tamarells beach bar a good spot for food and drink. Overall, highly recommended.

Volveria siempre que visite pollenza
Excelente atención, limpieza , ubicación, todo impecable si vuelvo a pollenza ni dudo ahí voy. Los niños disfrutaron mucho la pileta y su jardín súper seguro .las vistas hermosas . La ducha y colchones excelentes. Gracias por todo!!!
