Poorly maintained hotel, not 3 star

As the only hotel in the centre of Pola de Siero we had little choice at the end of a long day on the Camino. The receptionist at the hotel was helpful and friendly but she could only do her best to address our issues. The room was a good size as was the bathroom. The beds were mediocre, certainly not 3 star. Our room was cold and the central heating never overcame this discomfort despite the attempts of the receptionist. The bathroom had a bath, bidet, wash basin but not a plug in sight. Just as well we carry our own. The worst feature was the water temperature, it was barely warm and too cold for a bath. On top of that it became cold unexpectedly during our showers.
So overall after 4 weeks of walking on the Camino from Bayonne this was our most disappointing and least value for money hotel. All the issues can be addressed with competent hotel management.
Breakfast was also included and this was very average, certainly well below what is expected of a 3 star hotel.

imposible contactar con ellos. Los números de teléfono que aparecen en la página no existen

Las opiniones que he leído no son muy favorables. Aparte de ello, intenté alojarme hace unos días en él y me fue completamente imposible contactar con ellos ya que los números de teléfono que aparece por todos sitios, al llamar, te sale el contestador de que no existen.

Peor imposible

Pesimo no recomiendo ni para una sola noche, es mejor un hostal que este q no se de donde tiene las tres estrellas, no se las merece.
La limpieza nula,el personal como el de la serie aqui no hay quien viva, y la comida del tercer mundo.

Toda vida pasada fue mejor.

He pasado una noche con mi pareja en este hotel. Hemos cogido una oferta en buscounchollo.com donde nos ofrecían por 21 euros cada uno, pensión completa (bebidas no incluidas). Una buena oferta sin duda.
El hotel en teoría tiene 3 estrellas. La habitación que nos tocó era minúscula aunque, por lo que vimos en los planos de salida de emergencia, era la más pequeña pero la única con terraza. El mobiliario y enchufes eran antiguos pero se veía todo limpio.
La comida o cena no era muy abundante y no hay mucho donde elegir, pero se comía.
Lo mejor fue el desayuno, bastante abundante.
Poco personal pero amable.

Lamentable

Le sobran las 3 estrellas, el peor sitio en el que hemos estado, mal desde el personal hasta los servicios del hotel (habitacion, comida, aparcamientos...). Desayuno poco variado, personal sin uniformar, falta de personal, muy ruidoso, falta de organizacion y dejadez.
