Great location and value for money
The apartments are in a great location, only 1 block from the beach. They are very clean, modern and has a good pool. The only fault is no interaction with management as the reception is not open and the grounds-keeper is rude.

Unfresh apartment with good location.
First impression was that the toilet smelled of old urine, then there was a blockage in the drain in the shower too.
The ceiling fans were half an inch of dust, so don't start them.
You have to be strong to open the balcony door, and if you close it from the outside you will be locked out, the same with the front door in case you forget the keys in the apartment.
You only get one key ??
The sofa bed was dirty and felt like lying on eu stools.
As an extra blanket you get an unfresh fleece blanket.
The location, pool and air conditioning were ok.

Avoid this place
No reception. No Wi-Fi. No cleaning service. Stand up lamp in living area which had to be unplugged to use socket to charge phone. Crusty underwear on balcony. Shower not working. Pool was disgusting. Had to have apartment ready for next group or didn’t get deposit of €200 back.

Holiday from hell
We stayed here for one week only. Thank God there was no receptionist anytime we were told there was a restaurant on site which was a lie no bar no air conditioning had to buy fans when we got there we had to walk 6 blocks away to get keys charged 25 euro for late check in when leaving had to be out by 10, in the morning or you can't have deposit back which is 150, euro each room we were literally thrown out with all our luggage and we had a small child with us, we had to go to airport hrs before our flight as we were not allowed keep room or store our luggage anywhere it was the worst place I have ever stayed if you have children stay away from the alboran the balconies are lethal children could easily climb on them don't know how they were ever passed by health and safety

Pool closed.....disappointed !!
All in all the apartment was fine, dated, but a typical Spanish apartment. The location of the apartment was great as it was literally a 5min walk to the beach, shops and restaurants!!
The pool being closed was a major disappointment!! Apparently it’s only open from June to September (according to poster in reception area) had the pool been opened this would have been excellent as it’s enclosed and a wee sun trap!! We found a pool that we could use at the mini golf (again a 5min walk from apt) so we used that to make up for no pool at apartment!!
Apartment was fine for a base to sleep and shower, wouldn’t go again though for the simple fact it’s residential and not for holiday makers!!
